1. How do I become a registered customer with fish2go.com.sg?
    It's simple. All you need is a valid email address and you will be prompt to enter a password which should be kept confidential by you.

  2. How long does it take to deliver my order?
    Provide delivery from Tuesdays to Fridays. Weekends are only for self collect at our stalls. 
    Orders placed before 8pm from Mondays to Thursdays, orders will be delivered the next business day. 
    Orders placed after 8pm will only be delivered 2 business days later. 
    Orders placed on Fridays and Weekends will only be delivered on the subsequent Tuesdays. 
    Any urgent orders, you can self collect at our stalls between 6.30am to 11.30am. 
    For order that required Public Holiday and Weekends delivery, even order is above S$120.00, a surcharge of S$15.00 will be imposed.

    **Note that all delivery schedule above are based on both parties confirmation & in the event where the catches are out of stocks or not fresh, Fish2Go reserve the rights to reschedule delivery, replace / refund items or cancelled order**

  3. How much do you charge for delivery?
    We offer free delivery from Tuesdays to Fridays for each order of min S$120.00 onwards. 
    For orders below S$120.00, we charge a low fee of S$15.00 per trip. When a scheduled delivery is cancelled or re-scheduled by customers, a S$15.00 charge will be levied on top of the normal delivery charge.

  4. What are your delivery times?
    Our delivery times are between 12pm to 3.00pm. 
    Please do ensure that there is someone around to receive the orders. 
    **Do put at remark if you required certain timing, our personnel will contact you once order received and delivery timing is subject to change depend on our delivery schedule.** 
  5. Pricing
    Prices are subject to changes without prior notification as per suppliers recommended retail price.

  6. Can I self collect my order?
    Definitely.. We welcome you to self collect at our stalls at 58 New Upper Changi Road #01-11/12 Singapore 461058 between 6.30am to 11.30am.

  7. Can I return or exchange my order?
    Sorry. We can't accept returns nor do a exchange as these items are perishables. But nevertheless if there's any discrepancy, we will comply accordingly to our terms.

  8. Can I cancel an order?
    Yes. You might cancel your order before 6pm via email with your order number.

  9. Why my order already scheduled for delivery can be changed? 
    In the event, if the order especially for fresh catches are not fresh, out of stocks due to bad weather or bad condition, Fish2Go will inform for reschedule. If customer do not agree for reschedule, a refund request can be option for as we do not deliver order that are not in "Quality".

  10. What are the payment option?
    We accept only: Paypal

    Customers paying via Paypal, if pending transaction upon order with confirmation number generated, our system will auto cancel off the order if it is more than 3 working days.
